Licensing
For digital downloads only. Use what you buy in your own and your clients’ work — just don’t resell or share the files themselves.

What this covers
This licence comes with every digital product in the shop — files you download rather than items we deliver. A product page can set different terms (for example a template with its own licence file); where it does, those terms apply to that product. Physical goods are yours outright once delivered; see delivery & returns for those.
Buying a digital product gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to use it. You own the licence, not the copyright, which stays with Needs & Goods or the product’s creator.
What you can do
- Use the files in personal and commercial projects, including paid work for clients.
- Modify, adapt and combine them with your own work.
- Keep copies on as many of your own devices as you like, and re-download them from your library.
What you can’t do
- Resell, share, give away or upload the files themselves — on their own or bundled with others.
- Pass them off as your own product in a marketplace, template store or download site.
- Share your account or download links with people who haven’t bought the product.
- Use the files to train machine-learning or AI models.
A team or company that needs several people to use a product should buy one licence per person, or contact us about a multi-user licence.
Third-party material
Some products include fonts, libraries or other material made by someone else. Those parts stay under their own licences, which are listed on the product page or in the download.
Breach
If the licence is broken — for example the files are redistributed — it ends, and we may remove access to the product from your library. We’ll contact you first unless the misuse is plainly deliberate.
