I’ve been a long-term user of this portable flat thread floss, but recently Watsons switched the material to PTFE. The new version is extremely disappointing—the thread breaks easily and fails to effectively remove food residue between teeth. I often have to use multiple floss strands and still can’t get a proper clean. Please consider bringing back the original version, or at least allow customers to choose which material they prefer. If there’s any old stock left, I’d be willing to purchase it and keep it as a reserve. You can reach me at sean.siang@gmail.com.

Delivery poor. Just a watsons plastic bag with no seal, no remark, not 1 single note or sticker. My condo's guard also don't know it is for me. Anyone could take taken things from the bag or the entire bag. I need to take the hassle to call watsons to get a photo of the parcel, then only i know is for me. Then really 1 item missing. Now need to submit for refund. Such a big company such lousy packaging and logistics logic.
