I’ve been a long-term user of this portable flat thread floss, but recently Watsons switched the material to PTFE. The new version is extremely disappointing—the thread breaks easily and fails to effectively remove food residue between teeth. I often have to use multiple floss and still can’t get a proper clean. Please consider bringing back the original version, or at least allow customers to choose which material they prefer. If there’s any old stock left, I’d be willing to purchase it and keep it as a reserve. You can reach me at sean.siang@gmail.com.

Prefer flat thread than round one, fast delivery during black Friday sales, keep it up

I love Watson's dental floss as they are easy to use and convenient enough to carry around.
