I’ve been a long-term user of this portable flat thread floss, but recently Watsons switched the material to PTFE. The new version is extremely disappointing—the thread breaks easily and fails to effectively remove food residue between teeth. I often have to use multiple floss strands and still can’t get a proper clean. Please consider bringing back the original version, or at least allow customers to choose which material they prefer. Sekarang 50pcs tu diletak begitu sahaja je dalam box. Lagi 1, kenapa rasa mint dia tu terlalu pelik. Rasa manis macam gula. Rasa menyesal. Nak returned pun dah tak boleh. Beli dah lama, cuma baru start pakai sebab floss yang packaging lama dah habis. Tolong ya watsons, sila ambil tindakan terhadap produk anda.
